Boutique hotel in a pretty area very close to the shopping area. Really helpful and amazing staff interactions. A private safe, climate control, and a mini bar available in the double room. The stunning view on the mountain. Peaceful location, just a pleasant stroll away from Priory Ruins: )

Jewel Sharm El Sheikh Hotel

We stayed in a comfortable single room equipped with a safe box, mini-bar, and TV. the hotel's location is fantastic, just next door to the shopping and dining areas in Naama Bay. It is conveniently close to everything, making it easy to explore the local attractions.

we had a safe, a minibar, and a tv set with satellite channels in the triple room. the location was peaceful and amazing - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go.

The room we had featured a bidet and offered a beautiful view of the sea. the staff were incredible and knew exactly what they were doing. the hotel is conveniently located close to shopping and dining areas, and Namma Bay along with Al Baladi restaurant provided a wonderful and tranquil atmosphere.

Had a fantastic Easter break at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel very much at home. We enjoyed the stunning views of the sea from our room, and the saltwater infinity pool on the deck was the cherry on the top. The location was perfect – close enough to a busy and bustling area, but in a peaceful and quiet spot. The delicious dinner menu was reasonably priced and offered a range of options. We also appreciated the daily fresh water bottles in our room.

We sometimes found the breakfast to be a little subpar, with the bread not always fresh. the gym was not open for long enough hours for us to use it.

The location is convenient, just a short walk away from the lively and stunning Naama Bay area and Al Baladi restaurant. the room was clean and well-prepared with fresh bottled water provided daily. the hospitable staff, such as Ehab, Atef, Mohammed, Shaker, Alaa. the dinner menu is outstanding, and the salt-water infinity pool is a highlight.

There were some challenges with the gym being opened during COP and some issues with the bread's freshness at breakfast, but overall, a comfortable stay at this hotel.

The sea water was crystal clear and perfect for swimming. the hotel is located in a central area, close to many shopping and dining options. the staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any request.

The room was in need of updating and smelled musty. the breakfast buffet was lackluster and the bread was often stale.

During my stay in this hotel, I experienced the best hospitality from the staff. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The hotel facilities were great. I particularly enjoyed the saltwater infinity pool on the deck. The location was also perfect, as it was only a 5-minute walk from the busy and pretty area. Additionally, the hotel offered fresh water bottles in the room every day, which was a great gesture.

The staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel at home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
